Welcome! Whether you’re a new or returning student, DSPS is here to support your success by providing accommodations and services for equal access to your education. Connect with us to get started with accessing services and stay on track. We’re here to help you every step of the way. Our offices are available to students in person at the Menifee, San Jacinto and Temecula campuses.

Step 1

Once you have completed the Steps to Enrollment, please upload your disability verification to our Virtual Drop Box here:

Below are options and examples of acceptable forms of disability verification:

If you are unable to provide documentation stating your diagnosis, submit the  DSPS Disability Verification Form. Give the form to your qualified medical professional and request for them to fill it out.

Other examples of acceptable disability verification are:

  • Individual Education Plan (IEP) including Testing results or psychological evaluation

  • 504 Plan

  • Current Audiogram

  • Disability Letter stating diagnosis (Signed by qualified medical professional)

  • Psychological Exam/Testing

  • Physical Exam

  • LD Assessment Results

  • History from another college

  • Eye exam from Ophthalmologist

Step 2

Connect with the DSPS office to apply for accommodation services to schedule an intake appointment with a DSPS Counselor.

Visit in-person at the San Jacinto, Temecula Valley, or Menifee Valley campuses, call 951-465-7969, or email asc@msjc.edu

Step 3

Complete follow up steps

The DSPS staff and counselor will provide you with clear next steps based on your approved accommodations. If you have any difficulty using this website with a screen reader or assistive technology call 951-465-7969.

Step 4

Complete the Request Services – Instructor Notification form

Students must complete the Request for Services form each semester after registering for courses. Failure to do so will result in accommodations not being activated for the selected semester, and your instructors will not receive notification of the accommodations you plan to use.
